Ownership Duncan and Diona Lovejoy founded Four Staffing based on Duncan 's 12 plus years of staffing experience and Diona's 10 years of graphics and marketing experience. Duncan has over 10 years of Information Technology Staffing experience as well as over 2 years of experience with other professional positions such as accounting, customer service and administrative. Diona has worked in the graphics and marketing industry for over 10 years and has a bachelor's degree in commercial art. Duncan and Diona are taking the great methods and big business knowledge they learned while working for many Fortune 500 companies, melding that with two years of running and growing Duncan's prior staffing agency and turning all the good they learned into Four Staffing. Duncan has been a top performer, trainer and leader in all of the companies he has been a part of and is continuing that success with Four Staffing. Partner Sean Develin is a co-founder of the UK-based consultancy DevRose Systems. Sean has over 18 years in regulated industry and is an adjunct faculty member of the Temple University School of Pharmacy where he teaches Bioethics, Validation, and Auditing. Sean is the former Director of Validation for a global CRO, and has delivered services to major financial, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and government clients. His experience in validation ranges from clinical systems to robotics, and his work has been extensively audited by both regulatory agencies and study sponsors. Mr. Develin studied at Villanova (BA 1988, MA in Philosophy 1993), Cornell, and Temple and has graduate training in Food and Drug Law. Sean is a published freelance writer.
